These terms and conditions apply to you as a user of software provided by FOP Marchenko, Ukraine. By purchasing our products, whether directly or through an authorized distributor or reseller, you accept these terms, unless otherwise specified.

This website grants you a non-exclusive, limited worldwide license to use our products (“Product”) in accordance with these Terms and Conditions (“License”).

Licensing

The License allows you to use the Product by its functional purpose, such as creating and managing your websites or other purpose for which the Product is designed for end user. Upon purchase, you will receive one or more unique License Keys for activation and updates. Each License Key is valid for use on a single website. Licenses are non-transferable, and you may not share or resell the Product or License Keys.

If the Product is a plugin for a platform licensed under the GPL, the GPL license applies to any PHP code that interacts with that platform. Other components, including JavaScript, images, CSS, SQL data, design, and libraries, are governed by this License and may not be redistributed or resold.

Updates

Every purchase includes 12 months of free updates starting on the date of purchase (“Initial Update Period”). To keep receiving new versions after that―or to secure them indefinitely from day one―you have two options:

• Annual Renewal – renew the Product each year at the then-current renewal price, which extends updates for another 12 months; or
• Lifetime Updates add-on (one-time fee) – receive all future versions of the Product for as long as the Product is actively developed and maintained by us. You may purchase this add-on during the initial checkout or upgrade to it later.

Lifetime Updates cover software updates only; they do not extend the free support period described below.

Support

We offer free support for one year from the purchase date. Support is provided “as is” and does not include product customization. Compatibility with third-party extensions, themes, or components is not guaranteed. Support is available by email only.

Lifetime Updates do not extend the support period. Support can be extended or renewed at any time, including before or after the initial 12 months.

Payment and Delivery

Our order process is managed by online resellers Paddle.com or PayPro Global. Paddle.com/PayPro Global is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles all customer service inquiries and returns.

After payment verification, you’ll receive an account in our member area with access to download your Products and License Keys. If you do not receive an email confirmation, please contact us through our website. Keep your login credentials secure.

Warranty

Products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. We are not liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages. We do not guarantee compatibility with all server configurations or third-party extensions. We are not responsible for data loss related to Product installation.

Third-Party Services and Data

Some Products may include third-party data or services, which may be subject to separate licenses. You are responsible for complying with the terms of any third-party services. Product functionalities may only be used with authorized data sources or as explicitly permitted by the third party. We offer no warranty regarding third-party services, which may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

Refund Policy

The products sold on this website are digital goods and cannot be “returned,” so this refund policy is designed with that in mind. Additionally, some local laws may apply and are not excluded.

Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase under the following conditions:

• The product malfunctions and cannot be resolved by our support team.
• You have submitted a detailed request explaining the issues you are experiencing.
• You grant us access to your website or files to troubleshoot.

Refunds are not provided for:

• Change of mind or decision not to use the product.
• The product not meeting personal expectations.
• Lack of necessary expertise to use the product.
• Inaccessibility of required third-party services (e.g., API access).

Important Notes

• No refunds after 14 days from the purchase date.
• Product updates, renewals, and recurring purchases are non-refundable.
