These terms and conditions apply to you as a user of software provided by FOP Marchenko, Ukraine. By purchasing or subscribing to our products, whether directly or through an authorized distributor or reseller, you accept these terms, unless otherwise specified.

This website grants you a non-exclusive, limited worldwide license to use our products (“Product”) in accordance with these Terms and Conditions (“License”).

Licensing

The License allows you to use the Product for its functional purpose, such as creating and managing websites. An active subscription (or a valid Lifetime License) is required to download the Product, activate it, and receive updates and support. Upon purchase, you will receive one or more unique License Keys, valid for the number of websites permitted by your plan.

You may use the Product on websites you own and on websites you build or manage for clients. The License is non-transferable. You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, rent, or include the Product in any product, package, or bundle, and you may not share or publish your License Keys.

If the Product is a plugin for a platform licensed under the GPL, the GPL license applies to any PHP code that interacts with that platform. Other components, including JavaScript, images, CSS, SQL data, design, and libraries, are governed by this License and may not be redistributed or resold.

Subscriptions and Renewals

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, depending on the Product (monthly billing is not available for every Product). Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price, until you cancel.

You may cancel at any time. Cancellation is not immediate — your access and features remain active until the end of the current paid period, and the subscription is not renewed thereafter.

When a subscription ends, any Product already installed and activated continues to work on its current version, but you will no longer receive updates or support and cannot activate the Product on additional websites until you resubscribe.

Lifetime License

A Lifetime License is available for select Products (not all). It includes lifetime updates — all future versions for as long as the Product is actively developed and maintained by us — and one year of support from the purchase date. After the first year, support can be renewed annually at the then-current price.

Updates and Support

Updates and support are included while your subscription is active, or, for a Lifetime License, for as long as your update and support entitlements remain valid as described above. Support is provided “as is,” by email only, and does not include product customization. Compatibility with third-party extensions, themes, components, or server configurations is not guaranteed.

Payment and Delivery

Our order process is managed by online resellers Paddle.com or PayPro Global. Paddle.com/PayPro Global is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles all customer service inquiries and returns.

After payment verification, you’ll receive an account in our member area with access to your License Keys and to download your Products while your subscription or Lifetime License is active. If you do not receive an email confirmation, please contact us through our website. Keep your login credentials secure.

Warranty

Products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. We are not liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages. We do not guarantee compatibility with all server configurations or third-party extensions. We are not responsible for data loss related to Product installation.

Third-Party Services and Data

Some Products may include third-party data or services, which may be subject to separate licenses. You are responsible for complying with the terms of any third-party services. Product functionalities may only be used with authorized data sources or as explicitly permitted by the third party. We offer no warranty regarding third-party services, which may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

Refund Policy

The products sold on this website are digital goods and cannot be “returned,” so this refund policy is designed with that in mind. Additionally, some local laws may apply and are not excluded.

Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase under the following conditions:

• The product malfunctions and cannot be resolved by our support team.
• You have submitted a detailed request explaining the issues you are experiencing.
• You grant us access to your website or files to troubleshoot.

Refunds are not provided for:

• Change of mind or decision not to use the product.
• The product not meeting personal expectations.
• Lack of necessary expertise to use the product.
• Inaccessibility of required third-party services (e.g., API access).

Important Notes

• No refunds after 14 days from the purchase date.
• Product updates, renewals, and recurring purchases are non-refundable.
• You may cancel a subscription at any time to stop future renewals. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; we do not provide prorated refunds for partial periods.

We may occasionally send transactional emails related to your Product license. By purchasing or subscribing to our Products, you agree to receive these notifications.

Pricing

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice. Price changes do not affect your current billing period; for active subscriptions, the new price applies from the next renewal.

All trademarks, logos, and brand names are property of their respective owners and are used solely for identification purposes. Their use does not imply endorsement.

Acceptance

By purchasing or subscribing to our Product, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
