Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 1, 2026.
Your privacy matters to us, and we follow a principle of data minimization: we ask you for as little as possible. In practice, the only personal detail we request directly is your email address. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the rights you have over your data.
The data controller is FOP Marchenko (Ukraine), operator of Keywordrush.com. For any privacy question or request, contact us at privacy@keywordrush.com.
What We Collect
We limit collection to what is needed to deliver and license our products:
- Email address – to deliver your license keys and downloads, create your member-area account, and send transactional notifications related to your license.
- Order details – received from our payment providers to confirm and fulfill your order (we do not receive or store your card or financial data).
- License activation data – when you activate a product on your site, we process the site’s domain name and basic technical details (such as product and platform version and license status) to validate your license and deliver updates.
- Website usage data – aggregate analytics and standard server log data, used to keep the site running and understand general trends.
Legal Basis for Processing
We process your data on the following grounds: to perform our contract with you (delivering products, license keys, updates, and support); with your consent (marketing emails and non-essential cookies, which you can withdraw at any time); our legitimate interests (validating licenses, securing the site, and preventing fraud); and to meet legal obligations (such as tax and accounting requirements handled through our resellers).
How We Share Information
We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate, and only to the extent they need it:
- Payment providers – Paddle.com or PayPro Global act as Merchant of Record and process your purchase, payment, and any refunds.
- Analytics – Google Analytics helps us measure site traffic. See the Google Privacy Policy, or opt out here.
- Infrastructure – hosting and email providers that store and deliver this data on our behalf.
Some of these providers are located outside your country, so your data may be transferred internationally. Where that happens, the transfer is covered by appropriate safeguards and the providers’ own data protection commitments.
Financial Information
All payment information (such as card and billing details) is collected and processed securely by our resellers on their own servers. At checkout, the payment form is shown in a secure window hosted by the payment provider and displayed on our site; your card details are sent directly to the provider and are never received or stored on our servers.
Data Retention
We keep your account and license data for as long as you have an account with us — including periods when a subscription or license is not active — so that you can renew or resubscribe again. After your account is closed, we retain data only as long as needed for legitimate business or legal purposes (such as tax records). When you ask us to delete your data, we will do so unless we are required to retain it; this may require deactivating your account.
Your Rights
Depending on your location, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your data, to object to processing, to receive a copy of your data (portability), and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, contact us at privacy@keywordrush.com. If you are in the EU/EEA or UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Marketing Choices
With your consent, we may use your email to send news, offers, and product updates about Keywordrush.com. You can opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link in any such email or by contacting us. Transactional emails about your license are not marketing and are sent as needed.
Cookies
Cookies are small files stored on your device. We use essential cookies that are required for the site to function, and, where you consent, analytics and marketing cookies that help us measure usage and improve our offers. You can manage or refuse non-essential cookies through our cookie settings or your browser; some features may not work without essential cookies.
Children
Our products and website are intended for businesses and professionals and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. We encourage you to review it periodically.
